Google review QR poster
A patient who had a good visit will leave a review if it takes ten seconds. The code opens your review form directly; the poster says how in three steps.
How to use it
Copy your review link
In your Google Business Profile press Ask for reviews and copy the link, or paste your Place ID. Paste it into the tool.
Choose the wording
Pick a headline, the line under it and, if you like, the doctor or branch the reviews are for. Arabic, English or both.
Pick a format
A4 or A5 for the wall, a table tent for the desk, or a 1080 × 1920 image for the screen in the waiting room.
Test, then print
Scan the code on your screen with a phone before you print. Then Download PDF, or Download PNG for the screen image.
Where the poster earns its reviews
Reviews come from patients who were asked at the moment they were pleased: at the desk after a good result, or in the room at the end of the session. A poster in the corridor is read by nobody; one at reception or on the treatment-room wall is read while the patient waits with a phone in hand.
Offer nothing for a review. Google’s rules forbid incentives, and a review that was bought reads like one.

Where do I find my Google review link?
Open your Google Business Profile, choose Ask for reviews or Get more reviews, and copy the short link it gives you. A link built from your Place ID works too.
Will the QR code stop working?
No. The code holds your link itself, not a redirect through us, so it works for as long as the link does. Nothing passes through Medicolize.
Can I offer a discount for a review?
No. Google does not allow incentives for reviews, and the poster offers none. Ask every patient the same way, whatever you expect them to write.
Is it free?
Yes. No sign-up, no watermark, and the code is generated in your browser.
