The card a patient leaves the desk with: date, time and doctor on the front, your WhatsApp number, the arrive-early note and your cancellation line on the back. Arabic, English or both.
How to use it
Set up your clinic once
Name, logo, address and phone in the Letterhead tab, shared with every other tool. Add your WhatsApp number and cancellation line.
Choose a sheet or one card
Ten cards on an A4 sheet to fill in by hand at the desk, or one card for a booked appointment with the patient’s details printed.
Pick a layout
Three layouts in your colour, in Arabic, English or both, with the card number and a small authenticity code on the back.
Print, cut and send
Print on card stock and cut along the marks. For one card, download the calendar file or open a ready WhatsApp message to the patient.
What belongs on an appointment card
A card is read twice: when the patient puts it in a wallet, and the evening before the visit when they are deciding whether to come. The second reading is the one that counts, so the back carries the two things that decide it: how to confirm or move the appointment, and what happens if they do neither.
Keep the cancellation line to one sentence and the number large enough to type without squinting. A patient who can reschedule in one message is a patient who does not simply stay away.

Is the appointment card generator free?
Yes. No sign-up, no watermark and no limit on how many sheets you print.
How do I print ten cards on one sheet?
Choose 10 cards on an A4 sheet and press Download PDF. The PDF holds the fronts and a mirrored back page, so printing on both sides, flipping on the long edge, lines the backs up with the fronts. Cut along the marks at the edges.
Is the patient’s name stored?
No. The name, date and mobile number stay in the page while you work and are gone when you close it. Only your clinic details and card settings are kept, in this browser, if you choose to save.
Can the patient add it to their calendar?
Yes. With one card, Calendar file downloads an .ics file that phones and Outlook open as an event with an alert two hours before. WhatsApp message opens the details ready to send.
