WhatsApp booking QR poster
The patient scans, WhatsApp opens on your number with “I would like to book an appointment” already written, and they press send. One code for the clinic, or one for each branch.
How to use it
Enter your WhatsApp number
With the country code, 966 for Saudi Arabia or 20 for Egypt for example. Add up to four branches, each with its own number.
Write the ready message
The words the patient sends. Keep them short: the patient can still change them before pressing send.
Choose a format
An A4 or A5 poster, business cards ten to a sheet, or twelve round stickers for the door, the counter or the bag the patient takes home.
Test it and print
Press Test the link or scan the code on screen, then Download PDF.
Why a ready message matters
A patient who opens an empty chat has to decide what to say, and some close it. A message already typed turns the scan into one tap, and tells reception which poster it came from if each branch or campaign has its own wording.
Put the code where the decision to book is made: at reception for the next visit, on the door for people passing when you are closed, and on the card that goes home.
Save your design
Without saving, your clinic details, design and templates are cleared when the page reloads. Leave your email and they are kept in this browser from now on, and we will show you how they work in a Medicolize account, on every device and attached to patient files.

Questions
How does the WhatsApp QR code work?
It holds a wa.me link with your number and the message. Scanning it opens WhatsApp on a chat with your clinic and the message typed, ready to send. No app or server is involved.
Does it work with WhatsApp Business?
Yes. The link opens a chat with any WhatsApp number, personal or Business, as long as the number is written with its country code.
Can I have one code per branch?
Yes. Add up to four branches; the poster shows each with its own code and number, and cards and stickers use the branch you pick.
Is it free?
Yes. No sign-up, no watermark, and the code is made in your browser.
When the message arrives, answer it automatically
The Medicolize WhatsApp bot offers real availability and books the appointment, in Arabic or English, after hours too. Thirty minutes on your own clinic.
