Dentolize: the same platform, built for dental clinics

Medicolize runs medical clinics. Dentolize runs dental ones. Same company, same engineering underneath, and a clinical record shaped around the tooth rather than around the course of treatment.

Why two products

Medicolize charts every specialty, dental included, and switches between them on one patient record. That is the right shape for a centre running four departments and the wrong shape for a practice running one.

A dental-only practice does not want to choose a specialty before it charts. It wants the tooth chart, the dental procedures, the lab workflow and the dental reports to be what the product opens on, with nothing else to switch past. That is what Dentolize is.

The parts that do not change are the ones nobody sees — scheduling, invoicing, insurance, stock, payroll, permissions and the reporting over all of it. Those are shared, which is why both sit on the same engineering.

Who Dentolize is for

General dental practices

The chart, treatment planning, quotations and recalls, with the record organised by tooth and surface rather than by session.

Specialist practices

Orthodontics, endodontics, implantology and prosthodontics, each with the charting and the staged plans that specialty actually needs.

Dental laboratories

Cases in and out with statuses both ways, so a case waiting at the lab is visible from the chair rather than by telephone.

Multi-branch dental groups

Several practices on one account, each reporting on its own and one view across all of them, with permissions scoped per branch.

Dental schools and teaching clinics

Supervision, per-student records and the reporting a teaching clinic is judged on.

Dental groups with several branches

Branches on one account, each reporting on its own, with permissions, stock and treasury scoped per branch.

What both products share

Everything a clinic needs that has nothing to do with the specialty is the same system in both: appointments and rooms, invoicing and payments, insurance and claims, inventory, staff and payroll, CRM and WhatsApp automation, multi-branch management and the reporting across all of it.

That includes the regional parts that take the longest to build and are the easiest to get wrong — ZATCA phase two clearance in Saudi Arabia, NPHIES for insurance, and a full Arabic interface with right-to-left invoices and patient messages.

It also means a group running both a medical clinic and a dental one is dealing with one company, one support team and one set of conventions, rather than two vendors who blame each other.

See Dentolize

Dentolize has its own site, its own demo and its own team. If your clinic is dental rather than medical, that is the right place to start.

Not sure which one you need?

It is not about what you are recording. It is about what the centre runs. Dentolize is built specifically for dental practices, including dental groups with several branches — if dentistry is the whole of it, that is the one.

If the centre also runs dermatology, physiotherapy, nutrition or any other specialty alongside dentistry, Medicolize is the fit: every specialty in one system rather than two running side by side, with the patient, the money and the reporting in one place. Same team and same technology behind both, so ask us and we will tell you which way makes sense for how you are actually organised.
