Staff badge and door plate
A badge patients can read from a chair away: name, role and photo on the front, the clinic, a return line and a validity date on the back. Then the plate for the consulting-room door.
How to use it
Add your team
Names in Arabic and English, role, licence number for clinicians, and a photo. Up to eight people a sheet, each with a staff number.
Pick a layout
A colour band, a side panel or plain white, in your clinic colour, with the logo from the Letterhead tab.
Print both sides
The PDF holds the fronts and a mirrored back page. Print on card, flipping on the long edge, and cut on the marks.
Make the door plate
Switch to A5 door plate, pick the doctor, add the room number and hours, and print it for a frame or a sleeve on the door.
Save your design
Without saving, your clinic details, design and templates are cleared when the page reloads. Leave your email and they are kept in this browser from now on, and we will show you how they work in a Medicolize account, on every device and attached to patient files.

Questions
What size are the badges?
86 × 54 mm, the size of a bank card and of the plastic holders and lanyard sleeves sold for ID cards, so they fit without trimming.
Are staff photos uploaded anywhere?
No. Photos are resized in your browser and, once you press Save my design, kept in this browser with the staff list. Nothing is sent to us.
What is the code on the back?
A small QR code holding the clinic name, the words Staff badge, the staff number and the valid-until date, so a badge can be checked against the clinic. Turn it off in the Design tab.
Is it free?
Yes. No sign-up, no watermark and no limit on sheets.
