How to use it
Enter the clinic details
Names in Arabic and English, logo, phone, address and licence number. Every other tool prints with the same details.
Choose the layout
Twelve layouts in your colour, A4 or A5, with the contact line in the header or the footer and a logo watermark if you want one.
Print a stack or write a letter
Download the blank page for the printer tray, or write a letter on it with a reference number and an authenticity code.
Add the envelope and signature
Switch to DL envelope to print the return address, or to Email signature and copy it into Gmail or Outlook.
Why the letterhead comes first
A prescription, a sick note or a quotation is judged first by the paper it is printed on. A consistent header, the same logo, name and licence number on every sheet, is what makes a receptionist at an insurer or an employer treat it as genuine.
Set it up once here and it is the header on every other free tool: the prescription, the quotation, the price list and the signs.
Save your design
Without saving, your clinic details, design and templates are cleared when the page reloads. Leave your email and they are kept in this browser from now on, and we will show you how they work in a Medicolize account, on every device and attached to patient files.

Questions
Is the letterhead generator free?
Yes. No sign-up and no watermark of ours on anything you print.
Can I make a bilingual letterhead?
Yes. Choose Bilingual and the English names sit on the left and the Arabic on the right, with the logo between them, as on most letterheads in the region.
Why is my logo missing from the email signature?
Mail programs block images uploaded inside a signature. Put the logo on your website and paste its web address in the Letterhead tab; the signature then links to it.
What is the code on a letter?
A small QR code holding the clinic name, the word Letter, the reference number and the date. Nothing about the recipient is in it. Turn it off in the Design tab.
