Clinic and medical complex management software in Saudi Arabia
A medical complex in Saudi Arabia runs on three things that exist nowhere else in the same form: NPHIES for insurance, e-invoicing with the tax authority, and an Arabic clinical record the regulators ask for. Medicolize is built around all three from the ground up, with a team in Riyadh.
What is different in Saudi Arabia
Insurance is half the revenue and NPHIES is its road. The invoice is not issued and then sent; it is cleared at the moment it is issued. And a complex running dermatology, physiotherapy and dentistry in one building needs one patient file and permissions per department. This page is about those three things specifically.
NPHIES: eligibility, approval and claims from inside the visit
Eligibility is checked at check-in against the policy saved in the patient file, so reception knows the coverage and co-payment before the patient goes in. The prior approval is sent from the treatment plan itself with the documents, and the answer returns to the same place. The claim is submitted from the invoice and tracked to the bank transfer, and rejections are classified by reason so the recurring pattern shows.
- Eligibility and co-payment at reception, not after the visit
- Prior approval from inside the treatment plan
- The claim from the invoice until the money arrives
- Rejections classified by reason per insurer
- A price list and approval rules per insurer in the system

E-invoicing: clearance is part of issuing
Phase 2 of e-invoicing means the invoice is cleared with the Zakat, Tax and Customs Authority at the moment it is issued, with a QR code and cryptographic stamp. In Medicolize that happens inside what reception already does: the insurance share and the patient share on the same invoice, tax on the taxable part, and the credit note linked to the original invoice.

A fully Arabic interface and a record that passes inspection
A right-to-left interface throughout, the clinical record, prescriptions and consent forms in Arabic, and English for the doctor who prefers it, on the same account. Every opening and edit is recorded by user name, which is what is asked for at any inspection visit.

Built for multi-specialty, multi-branch complexes
One patient file across departments and branches; treasury, stock, an NPHIES code and an invoice sequence per branch; permissions that follow the branch; and a group report on the same metrics. The complex in Riyadh and the branch in Jeddah on one account.
A team in Riyadh
Our Riyadh office covers training and support in the Kingdom and the Gulf, in Arabic. Support on a WhatsApp group per clinic all day every day, an account manager who knows your setup, and on-site training for large complexes.

How the subscription is priced
The subscription is priced by number of branches and users, with no fees per patient, appointment or invoice. Training, data migration and the account manager are included. Because a three-branch complex is not a one-doctor clinic, we price it precisely for you in a short call after we have seen your clinic.
Frequently asked questions
Is Medicolize connected to NPHIES?
Yes. Eligibility, prior approval and claims go through NPHIES from inside the visit for clinics registered on it, and each insurer has its price list and rules in the system.
Are invoices cleared with the Zakat, Tax and Customs Authority?
Invoices are cleared at issue under phase 2 with a QR code and cryptographic stamp.
Are training and support in Arabic?
Yes, from our team in Riyadh, on WhatsApp all day, and on site for large complexes.
How long does go-live take for a multi-branch complex?
Weeks: setting up branches, NPHIES codes and price lists, migrating patients, and training on your own data. The longest part is usually cleaning old data.
How much does the subscription cost?
It depends on the number of branches and users, and we prefer to calculate it precisely after seeing your clinic in the demo rather than quote a general figure that does not match your case.
