A course of eight sessions is a decision, and decisions are not made at the desk with a queue behind you. The quotation goes to the patient priced, in their language, with what is included and what is not — and what they approve becomes the plan.

Instructions for the patientStage 1 over two visits, two weeks apart. Avoid hard food for 24 hours after each fitting. Stage 2 begins once the first course is complete.
Approved and signed online by the patient
Priced before the conversation, not during it
A quotation built from the price list is consistent between doctors and branches, and it is ready while the patient is still interested.

Quotations — what clinics ask
What is the difference between a quotation and a treatment plan?
The quotation is what you offer and the patient approves. The plan is what the clinic then works from. In Medicolize approval turns one into the other, so nobody retypes it and the two cannot drift apart.
Can patients sign from their phone?
Yes. The quotation is sent by WhatsApp, SMS or email and is read, approved and signed on the patient’s own device, with the signed copy stored against their record.
Can we take a deposit with the approval?
Yes, at the moment they approve, which is when a patient is most likely to pay it.
What if the patient only wants part of the course?
Partial approval is supported, and the plan is created for the part they approved rather than all of it.
Do quotations expire?
They carry a validity date, so a price quoted in March is not still being honoured in November unless you decide it should be.
