Clinic and medical centre management software in Egypt
A clinic in Egypt sells packages in instalments, pays its doctors a percentage, talks to its patients on WhatsApp, and opens its second branch a year after the first. Medicolize is built around those four things, with a team in New Cairo that knows the market because it works in it.
What is different in Egypt
Payment is cash or instalments, and insurance is a minority. Doctors are on a percentage, not a salary. WhatsApp is effectively the only channel. The second branch comes quickly. This page is about those things specifically.
Packages and instalments: a patient balance, not a visit invoice
A laser package in 3 instalments, a deposit on physiotherapy sessions, the remaining balance at the next session. Medicolize holds the patient's balance on the package: what was paid, what remains and how many sessions are left, and books revenue in the month the session is delivered rather than the month it is paid, so the month's profit is real.
- A package at a total price with sessions deducted automatically
- Deposits and instalments held on the package
- A WhatsApp payment link for the remaining balance
- Deferred revenue separated from recognised revenue
- Stalled packages shown in a follow-up list

Doctor shares from recorded work, not from Excel at month end
Every service is recorded with who delivered it, at what price and with what discount, and the doctor's share is calculated from that directly under the agreed rule, on collected or on invoiced. The doctor sees their own statement, and the month-end argument disappears.

WhatsApp from the patient file, not from a staff phone
A number the clinic owns and a conversation tied to the patient file, with automatic messages: appointment confirmation, reminders a day and hours before, post-session instructions, the balance and a link to pay it, and the periodic recall. The conversation stays with the clinic when staff change.

The second branch on the same account
One patient file across branches, so a patient who started in Maadi continues in New Cairo. Treasury, stock and permissions per branch, and the owner sees both branches together and each alone with the same click.
A team in Cairo
Our New Cairo office covers training and support in Egypt. Support on a WhatsApp group per clinic all day every day, an account manager who knows your setup, and on-site training for large centres.
How the subscription is priced
The subscription is priced by number of branches and users, with no fees per patient, appointment or invoice. Training, data migration and the account manager are included. We price it precisely for you in a short call after seeing your clinic, because a three-branch centre is not a one-doctor clinic.
Frequently asked questions
Does it work in Egyptian pounds?
Yes. Invoices, reports and balance messages are in pounds.
Does it support insurers in Egypt?
Yes, each company has its price list and approval rules, and claims are tracked to payment. A clinic whose patients are mostly cash does not need to enable insurance at all.
Does it work if the internet drops?
The mobile app works on what was already loaded and syncs when the connection returns; the practical answer is a backup mobile line at the clinic.
Are training and support in Arabic and from Egypt?
Yes, from our team in Cairo, on WhatsApp all day, and on site for large centres.
How much does the subscription cost?
It depends on the number of branches and users, and we prefer to calculate it precisely after seeing your clinic in the demo rather than quote a general figure that does not match your case.
