Training

Training and onboarding for your team

A clinic system is only worth what the team gets out of it, and the gap between those two is training. It is inside the price, and it does not stop on the day you go live.

Three stages before you switch over

None of them is a document we send you and hope you read.

Trained on your own configuration

Your services, your packages, your price list and your rooms are loaded before the first session, so nobody is learning on a sample clinic they will never see again.

Split by what each role touches

Reception lives in the diary and the counter. Doctors live in the record. Management lives in the numbers and the permissions. Three sessions, not one long one.

One person who knows your account

An account manager who can see how you are set up, rather than a queue where you explain your clinic from the beginning every time.

And after you are running

People are hired, people leave, and the product moves underneath both.

Bringing a new starter up to speed

Without standing a senior member of the team down for a day to do it. The guide and the account manager cover it between them.

Knowing what changed

Releases are written up and the ones that move something you use come with a short video, so a changed screen is never the first you hear of it.

Somewhere to ask a small question

A WhatsApp group for your clinic, answered through the day. Most of what would have been a training session is two messages instead.

Common questions

How long before the team is comfortable?

Days rather than weeks, and the sessions are short. Most of the learning happens in the first week of real use, which is why the account manager matters more than the session count.

Is it charged separately?

No. Training is inside going live, and so is the account manager afterwards.

What about people who join later?

Covered the same way. Clinics hire all year and onboarding one person is not a billable event.

Can the team be trained in Arabic?

Yes, and the interface and the written guide are in Arabic too, so nobody is working in their second language to use the system.

What happens if the person who knows it leaves?

This is the actual argument for written releases and a documented guide. A clinic that depends on one person understanding its software has a staffing risk, not a software one.

Every workflow, written down and filmed

The user guide covers each part of the product step by step, in Arabic and English, with a short video per screen. Open to everyone, no login needed.
