Prescription builder
Your letterhead once, then a clean prescription in under a minute: Arabic, English or bilingual, A4 or A5, with your signature and stamp. Nothing about the patient leaves your browser.
How to use it
Set up your letterhead
Clinic and doctor names in both languages, phone, address, logo, signature and stamp. Press Save my design to keep it for next time.
Choose a design
Four layouts, your colour, A4 or A5, and switch off anything you do not print: diagnosis, age, follow-up, the Rx mark.
Write the prescription
Patient, medicines and advice. Common frequencies are one tap, and medicines you use are remembered as suggestions.
Print or save the PDF
Download PDF opens the print window with the paper size already set. Choose Save as PDF, or print straight to the clinic printer.
What a prescription should carry
A prescription is read by a pharmacist who has never met the patient, so it has to stand on its own: who wrote it and how to reach them, who it is for, the date, and for every medicine the name, strength, how much, how often and for how long.
Write drug names as the pharmacist will search for them, usually the generic or trade name in English, and the instructions in the language the patient reads. The builder lets each line follow its own direction, so an English drug name inside an Arabic instruction does not scramble.
Save your design
Without saving, your clinic details, design and templates are cleared when the page reloads. Leave your email and they are kept in this browser from now on, and we will show you how they work in a Medicolize account, on every device and attached to patient files.

Questions
Is the prescription builder free?
Yes. No sign-up, no watermark and no limit on how many you print.
Where is my letterhead saved?
Nowhere until you press Save my design and leave your email; until then a reload clears it. After that it is kept in this browser only and never uploaded. Use Export settings to move it to another computer.
Is patient information stored?
No. The patient’s name, diagnosis and medicines are held in the page while you work and are gone when you close it. They are never sent to us.
Can I print a bilingual prescription?
Yes. Choose Bilingual and the letterhead carries both the Arabic and the English names, with field labels in both languages.
How do I make the signature background transparent?
Upload a photo or scan of the signature or stamp on white paper and tick Remove white background. The white turns transparent so it sits on the page like ink.
Can I add my own list of medicines?
Every medicine you write is remembered in this browser and offered next time. In Medicolize prescriptions are kept in the patient record and can be repeated from the last one.
Prescriptions that stay in the patient file
In Medicolize the prescription is written inside the visit, with its dosage, and kept in the record where the next doctor can repeat it. Thirty minutes on your own clinic.
