How to use it
Replace the example prices
The list opens with examples so you can see the layout. Rename the sections, type your services and prices, or clear it and start again.
Add packages and a highlight
Give a service a number of sessions and a package price; the saving is worked out. Star one package per section as the most chosen.
Set VAT and validity
Pick the currency, whether prices include VAT, and the date the prices hold until. Each new version gets its own list number.
Print or post it
A4 menu or A3 poster as a PDF, or a square or story image as a PNG for Instagram and WhatsApp status.
A price list that sells the package
Most patients read a price list from the top of a section to the first price they can accept. Putting the package beside the single session, with the sessions it includes, answers the question they would otherwise ask at the desk: is it cheaper to commit?
Mark one package per section, not three. A highlight on everything is a highlight on nothing, and a date at the foot tells the patient the price is real rather than a promotion that might vanish.
Save your design
Without saving, your clinic details, design and templates are cleared when the page reloads. Leave your email and they are kept in this browser from now on, and we will show you how they work in a Medicolize account, on every device and attached to patient files.

Questions
Is the price list generator free?
Yes. No sign-up, no watermark and no limit on versions.
Does it show prices with VAT?
You choose. Prices can be marked as including VAT at your rate, as excluding VAT, or with no line at all. The tool does not add VAT to the prices you type.
Is my price list saved?
Once you press Save my design it is kept in this browser, with the sections and services, so the next version is an edit rather than a retype. Nothing is sent to us.
Can I post it on Instagram?
Yes. Choose Square image for a 1080 × 1080 post or Story image for 1080 × 1920, then Download PNG. A long list is set in smaller type to fit.
