Terms and conditions

These terms govern your use of the Medicolize application. Medicolize is software created to let doctors manage their clinics. All rights not expressly granted to you are reserved.

Licence

You are given a non-transferable, non-exclusive, non-sublicensable licence to install and use the licensed application on any device that you own or control, as permitted by the usage rules of the store you obtained it from.

This licence also governs any updates provided by the licensor that replace, repair or supplement the application, unless a separate licence is provided with that update.

You may not share or make the application available to third parties, reverse engineer, translate, disassemble, decompile, modify, combine or create derivative works of it, or copy or alter it except where expressly authorised.

Violations of these obligations, and attempts at such infringement, may be subject to prosecution and damages. The licensor reserves the right to modify the terms of licensing.

Technical requirements and updates

The licensor attempts to keep the application updated so that it complies with modified and new versions of firmware and new hardware. You are not granted rights to receive updates on any particular schedule.

You acknowledge that it is your responsibility to confirm that the device on which you intend to use the application meets the technical specifications. The licensor reserves the right to modify those specifications at any time.

Maintenance and support

The licensor is solely responsible for providing maintenance and support for the application. You can reach the licensor at the contact details published on this site.

Where the application is obtained through a third-party store, that store has no obligation to furnish maintenance or support services in respect of it.

Compliance

The application is not tailored to comply with industry-specific regulations such as the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA) or the Federal Information Security Management Act (FISMA). If your interactions are subject to such laws, you may not use the application for those interactions.

Nothing in this licence should be interpreted to restrict third-party terms. When using the application you must ensure that you comply with applicable third-party terms.
