A deposit as a percentage or an amount, an instalment plan, how long the price holds, and your standard terms.

What makes a patient say yes to a quote
A patient comparing two clinics compares the paper they took home. A quote that shows the number of sessions, what one session costs inside the package against on its own, and exactly what is due today answers the questions they would otherwise ask the other clinic.
Put a validity date on it. A price that holds for fourteen days is a reason to decide; one with no date is a reason to wait.

Is the quotation generator free?
Yes, with no sign-up, no watermark and no limit.
Does it calculate VAT?
Yes. Set the rate once, 15% in Saudi Arabia or 14% in Egypt for example, or turn VAT off. It is applied after discounts.
Can I offer a package discount and instalments?
Yes. Discount individual lines, the whole package, or both, then set a deposit and split the balance into equal instalments.
Is the patient’s name saved?
No. Patient details stay in the page while you work and are never sent anywhere. Only your letterhead, currency, terms and quote number are saved, in this browser, and only if you choose to save.
Can I save a package I quote often?
Yes. Save the items as a template and load them next time with one click. Templates hold procedures and prices, never patient details.
Can the quote become a treatment plan?
In Medicolize it does: the accepted quote becomes the plan, the deposit is taken against it and each session draws it down.
