Patient statement of account
Everything a patient has been charged and has paid, in date order with the balance after each line, the sessions left in their packages and a link to settle what is owed. On your letterhead, in Arabic or English.
How to use it
Set up your letterhead
Shared with every other tool, so it is already there if you saved it. Add your currency and your clinic’s payment link once.
Enter or paste the rows
Invoices, payments, credit notes and refunds, typed in or pasted from Excel. Choose a period and earlier rows become the balance brought forward.
Add package balances
Sessions bought and used for each package, so the patient sees what is left as well as what is owed.
Print or save the PDF
Download PDF and choose Save as PDF. The payment link prints with a QR code whenever there is a balance to pay.
Why send a statement
A patient who owes money rarely disputes the total; they dispute a line they do not recognise. A statement that lists each invoice and payment with its date and reference answers that before it is asked.
For a course of treatment, the sessions left matter as much as the money. Showing both on one page is often what brings a patient back to finish the course.
Save your design
Without saving, your clinic details, design and templates are cleared when the page reloads. Leave your email and they are kept in this browser from now on, and we will show you how they work in a Medicolize account, on every device and attached to patient files.

Questions
Is the statement generator free?
Yes. No sign-up, no watermark and no limit on how many you print.
Can I paste rows from Excel?
Yes. Copy rows with date, reference, details, charge and payment columns and paste them in. Dates can be written as 2026-05-03 or 03/05/2026.
Is the patient’s information saved?
No. The patient’s name and their rows stay in the page while you work and are never sent to us. Only your letterhead, currency, payment link and note are kept, in this browser, and only if you choose to save.
Does the payment link take the payment?
No. The tool prints your own payment page link and its QR code; the payment happens on that page. In Medicolize the link goes out with the reminder and the payment lands against the invoice it settles.
Balances that keep themselves
In Medicolize the balance comes from the invoices and payments themselves, packages are drawn down per session and the payment link goes out with the reminder. Thirty minutes on your own clinic.
