Questions
How is the device cost counted?
The price of the device divided by the number of sessions you expect from it before it is replaced. Add yearly maintenance to the price if you pay for it.
Should the doctor’s share be a cost?
Yes. If the doctor takes a percentage of the session, the package price drives the share, so it is worked out on the discounted price rather than the full one.
What is a sensible package discount?
One that keeps the margin per session above your floor. The table shows the margin at every size, which is the honest answer to the question.
