Tick the tests or add imaging
Tests are grouped as labs list them. Save a group you order often, such as a pre-operative panel, and load it in one tap.
Add notes and where results go
Clinical notes, fasting, priority, and whether results come back by WhatsApp, email or to the clinic.
Print or save the PDF
The preferred lab’s address and phone print at the foot for the patient. Each request gets the next number.
What a lab needs from the request
A laboratory or imaging centre acts on the paper alone. It needs the patient, the tests named the way it names them, the clinical reason, whether the patient fasted, and how urgent it is. For imaging it also needs the region, the side, whether contrast is wanted and whether the patient could be pregnant.
Every request carries a number and a small code with the clinic’s name, the number and the date, so the lab can see it came from you. The code holds nothing about the patient.
Save your design
Without saving, your clinic details, design and templates are cleared when the page reloads. Leave your email and they are kept in this browser from now on, and we will show you how they work in a Medicolize account, on every device and attached to patient files.

Does it suggest tests for a diagnosis?
No. It lists common tests by group for you to tick. Which tests to order is the doctor’s decision.
Is the patient’s information stored?
No. The patient’s name and notes stay in the page while you work and are never sent to us.
