Aftercare instructions generator
The sheet a patient reads at home that night. Large type, a clear mark for do and avoid, how long each thing lasts, the number to call, and when to come back.
How to use it
Pick a procedure
Laser, filler, botulinum toxin, peels, PRP, minor surgery, physiotherapy exercises, plastic surgery or a nutrition plan, or a blank sheet.
Check every line
The points are general starting points. Edit them to match your protocol and save the sheet as your own version.
Add the number and next visit
Your emergency number and the next appointment print in large type at the foot of the sheet.
Print, or copy for WhatsApp
Save the PDF, or copy the instructions as text to paste into the patient’s WhatsApp chat.
Written for the patient, not the chart
Instructions given at the desk are half forgotten by the car park. A sheet that says what is normal stops the worried call about expected redness; one that says when to call makes sure the call that matters comes early.
Every line is editable, and no medicine doses go on this sheet. Those belong in the prescription.
Save your design
Without saving, your clinic details, design and templates are cleared when the page reloads. Leave your email and they are kept in this browser from now on, and we will show you how they work in a Medicolize account, on every device and attached to patient files.

Questions
Is the aftercare tool free?
Yes, with no sign-up and no watermark.
Are the instructions medically checked for my clinic?
No. They are general starting points. Check and edit every line so the sheet matches the protocol your doctors use.
Can I send it on WhatsApp?
A browser cannot attach a PDF to WhatsApp for you. Save the PDF and share it, or use Copy as WhatsApp text and paste the instructions into the chat.
Can the sheet be in Arabic and English?
Yes. Choose Bilingual and each section prints in both languages side by side.
Instructions that go out by themselves
In Medicolize post-visit instructions are sent to the patient on WhatsApp automatically, by service. Thirty minutes on your own clinic.
