How to use it
Fill the fixed parts once
Put your clinic name, phone and map link into the messages in Word.
Save them as quick replies
In WhatsApp Business, save the messages you use daily as quick replies.
Send at the stated moment
The timing does most of the work: a reminder the day before, a check-in the day after.
Keep count
Track how many messages each patient gets in a month, and stop at three for anyone not in treatment.
Who it is for
Front desks that run bookings and follow-up on WhatsApp by hand, in Arabic or English. The Arabic file has Arabic placeholders; the English file English ones.

Questions
Why only three messages a month?
Patients who are not in treatment mute or block clinics that message too often. Three leaves room for a reminder, a recall and one greeting.
Can I put results in a message?
No. Tell the patient their results are ready and book a time to go through them. Results and diagnoses belong in the consultation.
Should Eid and birthday messages include an offer?
No. A greeting with an offer reads as an advert. Send offers separately, and only to patients who agreed to them.
Can I change the wording?
Yes. Keep the placeholders and the one action each message asks for, and write it the way your clinic speaks.
Messages that send themselves
In Medicolize these messages go out on their own at the right moment, from the calendar and the patient file, and replies land in one thread. Thirty minutes on your own clinic.
