How to use it

  1. Put in your services

Replace the sample services and prices in Word. Keep each section to five or six lines so it still reads at a glance.

  2. Choose one package to lead

Move the “Most chosen” label to the package you want most patients to take in each section.

  3. Set the colours

The two brand colours are the Word theme’s Accent 1 and Accent 2: change them once under Design, Colours.

  4. Print and date it

Print at A4 for the desk, or scale to A3 for the wall. Change the validity date whenever prices change.

Who it is for

Clinics that sell courses and packages as well as single visits: dermatology and aesthetics, laser, physiotherapy and nutrition. Outside Saudi Arabia, change the currency and the tax line to your own.

Questions

Can I add more sections?

Yes, but one A4 page holds four sections comfortably. For more, use two pages or keep the list to what patients ask about most.

Should prices include VAT?

Show the price the patient will pay. The sample says prices include 15% VAT, which is the Saudi rate; elsewhere, write your own tax note.

Why highlight one package?

A clear recommended option makes the choice easier at the desk. Pick the package that fits most patients, not the most expensive one.

Can I change the colours and font?

Yes. The colours are theme colours in Word, and the logo box has a fixed size so a new logo does not move the layout.

One price, everywhere

In Medicolize a package is priced once and appears the same on every quote, invoice and patient file, with each session drawn down as it is delivered. Thirty minutes on your own clinic.
