What is in the pack

How to use it
Fill in your timings
Open the Word file and replace each blank with the timing your doctors use, then save it as your clinic’s version.
Add the emergency number
Write the number patients should call out of hours on every sheet.
Hand it over at the end of the visit
Go through the sheet with the patient before they leave, and write the next appointment on it.
Send it as well
Send the PDF on WhatsApp the same day, so the patient has it on their phone.
Who it is for
Dermatology and aesthetic clinics, minor surgery and plastic surgery clinics, physiotherapy centres and nutrition clinics. The Arabic file runs right to left in large Arabic type; the English file is the same nine sheets in English.
Questions
Why are the timings blank?
Timings depend on the product, the device and the doctor’s protocol. Your doctor writes the ones they use, so the sheet never contradicts what they said.
Do the sheets give medicine advice?
No. They say to take medicines as prescribed and to ask before taking pain relief. Doses come from the doctor.
Can I add a procedure?
Yes. Copy any sheet in the Word file and rewrite the five sections for your procedure.
Why one page each?
One page is read. Patients keep it on the fridge or on their phone, and it prints on its own.
