| A warning first | Requirements and the bodies responsible change and differ by city and type of clinic; your legal adviser confirms the current list. No fees or times are given. |
|---|---|
| Saudi Arabia | Thirteen steps from registering the business, premises, municipal and fire safety approvals, through the facility licence and staff registration, to tax, insurers and the inspection visit. |

How to use it
Review it with an adviser
Go through the page with your legal adviser and add, remove or reorder steps for your city and specialty.
Give every step an owner
One name per step, even if the work is shared, so nothing waits on everybody.
Gather documents early
Many steps ask for the same papers: keep one folder with certified copies.
Tick and date
Date each step as it is done; the sheet becomes the record of how you opened.
Who it is for
Doctors and investors opening a first clinic or a new branch in Saudi Arabia or Egypt, and the managers coordinating the paperwork.

Questions
Is this the official list?
No. It is a planning checklist of the usual steps. The official requirements come from the authorities and change, so a legal adviser confirms them before you apply.
Why are there no fees or timelines?
They change often and differ by city and clinic type. A wrong number in a plan does more harm than none.
Why are the authorities named generically?
Names and responsibilities of the bodies change. The checklist says what kind of body handles a step; your adviser names the current one.
Do I need every step?
Not always. A step such as the radiation licence applies only if you use imaging devices. Strike out what does not apply after your adviser confirms it.
Open with the system already set up
In Medicolize you set up branches, doctors, services and prices once, so the clinic opens with bookings, invoices and reports ready from the first patient. Thirty minutes on your own clinic.
