Equipment maintenance and sterilisation log
The two records an inspector asks to see, in one file. Each device shows when its next service is due and turns red when it is late. Each autoclave cycle is one row, and the month prints on one page for signing.

Who it is for
Clinic managers, nursing leads and infection control staff who keep these records on paper or not at all, and want them ready before an inspection. It opens on a sample of 12 devices, one of them a defibrillator whose service is overdue, and four weeks of cycles on two autoclaves with one failed indicator and its re-run.
Questions
Does it work in Google Sheets?
Yes. Upload it to Google Drive and open it with Google Sheets. It uses EDATE, COUNTIFS, INDEX and SMALL, which both handle.
Can I change the currency?
Yes. The currency is one cell on the Settings sheet, with ر.س, ج.م, د.ك, د.إ and د.ب in the list. This log has no money columns, so it only matters if you add some.
Does it tell me how to run a sterilisation cycle?
No. It records what was run. The temperature, time and tests come from the manufacturer’s instructions and your infection control policy.
Is my data stored anywhere?
No. The file is yours, on your computer or your own Drive. Nothing you type reaches Medicolize.
Stock and device parts that keep themselves
Medicolize tracks consumables and device parts by batch and branch, deducts them as sessions are completed and warns before they run out or expire. Thirty minutes on your own clinic.
