The link between your stock and your prices. Write down what one session of each service uses, and the workbook gives its consumables cost. At month end it compares what the recipes needed with what left the store, and shows where the difference went.

What is inside

Who it is for
Owners and managers of aesthetic, laser, physiotherapy and polyclinic practices who price services without knowing what each session costs in materials. It opens on a sample of 20 services and 30 items for one month; laser gel runs 18% over its recipe, and the sheet shows which services carry that cost.

Questions
Does it work in Google Sheets?
Yes. Upload it to Google Drive and open it with Google Sheets. It uses SUMPRODUCT and INDEX, which both handle.
Can I change the currency?
Yes. The currency is one cell on the Settings sheet, with ر.س, ج.م, د.ك, د.إ and د.ب in the list.
Where do the actual issues come from?
From your stock records: the packs that left the store in the month. The free inventory and expiry tracker records them on its Movements sheet.
Is my data stored anywhere?
No. The file is yours, on your computer or your own Drive. Nothing you type reaches Medicolize.
The cost of a session as a fact
In Medicolize each procedure deducts its own consumables as it is completed, so the cost of a session comes from what was used rather than an estimate. Thirty minutes on your own clinic.
